The Region III Regional Training Council (RTC III) is committed to strengthening the skills of adult educators across its twelve-county region by offering educational training activities that foster organizational success and personal development. Money Smart - An interactive software program, put out by the government FCIC office, about financial literacy. Examples of topics covered include an introduction to bank services, introduction to credit, how to use a checking account, how to read credit history.
